They took your money, and that was it. LM Fitness and my coach Lindsay are entirely different. I decided to do coaching with Lisamarie because I had been a long time admirer of her own journey and I wanted to learn how to start my journey. Before private coaching, I felt I had an unhealthy approach to food and fitness. Now, I understand how to set goals and reach them in a sustainable way. I was nervous to invest because I didn't want to fail but I'm so glad I did because I now have the tools to spread my wings and find my own path.
