I haven’t always been into fitness + nutrition. I didn’t always have food freedom. I used to struggle with lack of confidence, energy and knowledge around diet and exercise. I actually spent YEARS trying to lose weight, trying every fad diet under the sun and used to start over every single Monday hoping I could do better.
After years of chronic dieting and feeling like I always had to choose between pizza and abs…. I realized the way I was trying to lose weight wasn’t working.
I realized I was not the problem….my approach to dieting was.
And now it’s my mission to share and teach women how they can actually become consistent in their fitness journey and transform their bodies with a balanced and realistic approach that works!
